Monument protection and SAILWIND ?

Will our modern rotor be accepted by heritage protection authorities? With SAILWIND, we want to create incentives to renovate more old mills and thus preserve important cultural assets. But if apartments with windows are installed in the towers, it is surely a change of the original condition. What do you think about modern monument protection, which puts the utility before the absolutely real original state?
